Using the .pdf files is
the easiest way:
To print using the .pdf files, all you need to do is download the file by
clicking on the .pdf for the correct chapter, and then select print from your
printer.
Using Microsoft
PowerPoint
To View Notes:
- When loaded, the notes do not fill the screen; however,
you can view them from here by pressing the scroll-bar down arrow to
advance.
- For full screen viewing- you will have one of the
following options, depending on which version of PowerPoint you are using:
- If the top of the screen has the
word Browse, click on it, and then Full Screen. At this time, you can use
either the arrow keys on the keyboard, or the mouse buttons to go forward
or back.
- If there is a picture of a small
projector screen in the lower left corner, clicking on it will make the
presentation full size. Then use either the arrow keys or the mouse
buttons to go forward or back.
- Pressing ESC will return to the
original size screen that was loaded- from here you can also print the
notes
To Print Notes:
- Choose File, then Print
- Look where it says Print What?- select Handouts, and
usually choosing 6 per page gives good results.
- Choose Pure Black & White for easy readability
- You might want to also choose Properties for your
printer, and select Draft mode to save ink and print faster.
