Nutrition Around the World Students will be responsible for developing a nutritionally balanced menu as well as traditional dress for the servers, table settings, and room decorations for a State Dinner at the White House. Also, be responsible for briefing the President and his staff on the proper method of greeting the visiting dignitaries, specific customs associated with social gatherings, and background about the evolution of customs.
